Meet the Board of Trustees

Meet Your New General Service Board Trustees

As of September 1, 2025

Pink F (she/her): has been a grateful member of UA since 2018. She has worked the steps with a sponsor in UA and has sponsored several members. She has been a UA general service representative. This is her first time in a UA world service position. She has over 20 years of not-for-profit experience. She has served on a number of boards during that period, including her current role as board president of an international arts organization. She has served as a board chair and in the role of board secretary. She trains boards for a living and hopes to bring her experience into her service as a trustee in UA.

Rebekah S from Wyoming: 8 years in UA recovery, have worked all the steps twice, first through Back to Basics and then with a UA sponsor. I have two UA sponsees who are actively working the steps. My home group is the MWF Beyond Six Figures meeting. My focus is on being a trusted servant, operating according to the upside triangle, and listening for and implementing the will of the Underearners Anonymous.

Wendy S : Wendy S from LA has been a member of Underearners Anonymous since 2012. She is also a member of other fellowships and entered her first 12-Step Recovery program in 1986. Since embarking upon recovery from underearning in Underearners Anonymous, she has completed the 12-Steps and is currently doing the steps again, taken other fellows through the 12-Steps of Underearners Anonymous, started a UA Parents Mtg, attended the 2018 WSC, been a GSR and provided service in many capacities. This is her initiatory experience as a Trustee for UA though she has served on boards of other non-profits. Her day job involves Spiritual Leadership, trauma informed spiritual counseling, parent coaching and channeled prayer. Wendy is a mom and wife and proud dog mom. 🙂

Karin T  from Toronto:  I have been on 5 boads and held positions as treasurer, membership services, secretary, and fundraiser. In another fellowship, I attended the World Service Conference as a delegate; have been on Literature and Public Information committees; and answered emails sent in by newcomers as their first point of contact responding by email and phone. My vision as a board member for UA is to uphold the traditions, bylaws, and concepts of UA, to serve our members and bring back confidence and Unity in our fellowship as part of the GSB. I believe in what is fair and right and especially want to remember all the traditions in my thinking while listening to what the group conscience has in mind.I look forward to putting my happy, joyous, and free attitude into doing my part to serve our fellowship one day at a time. Together we can be so much stronger.

Becky R (NorCal): I’ve enjoyed 12-step recovery for over two decades, and six years in UA. My current service as trustee is an extension of my gratitude in recovery. I’ve worn many hats in UA, including GSR, recording secretary, moderator, treasurer, dashboard monitor, and Zoom host. In UA I was moderator coordinator on a five-day meeting for over 2 years. I work with a sponsor and I also sponsor others. In my recovery, I abide by the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions, and as trustee I’ll abide by the Concepts and the UA Bylaws. I am dedicated to service in UA, and I’ll work closely with my fellows to take the next right actions to move forward. I pledge to serve the board and the UA fellowship to the best of my ability, always keeping in mind the upside-down triangle of the UA service structure.
Together we can bring UA forward.

Jeff S in LA : I have worked the steps of UA going on 8 years now, which has transformed my life.  I’ve served as an intergroup rep, and in meetings as moderator, speaker seeker, and treasurer.  I have a sponsor, service sponsors, and sponsees, all of whom I thank, along with this program and fellowship for spiritual growth beyond what I could have imagined. It is a privilege to serve, and my focus as a board member is to keep aligned in my own recovery to the best of my ability, so that I can be of maximum service to the group.
