Nov 12 Special Convocation Announcement

It is with great pleasure that the Trustees of the Underearners Anonymous General Service Board, Inc. (GSB) invites you to a Special Convocation to be held November 22 & 23 with the support of the World Service Conference Planning Committee (WSCPC). Please find attached the draft agenda for the Special Convocation. (you can find the agenda back at the announcements)
Special Convocation hours:
Nov 22, 11:00am – 3:30pm ET
Nov 23, 2:30 – 7:00pm ET
The Convocation will address reunification, which was the number one Topic of Consideration that emerged from surveying UA group meetings earlier this year, and the first motion to come out of the WSCPC in October, 2025. This will be a time for listening, sharing, discerning our Higher Power’s will for us, and voting.
GSRs of meetings listed on the Underearners Anonymous website will be entitled to vote, and all others are welcome to attend.
Due to a generous donation by the WSCPC, the Convocation will be free of charge, with a suggested donation of $40 per person. Registration is required to attend. The registration form can be found on the website here.
Please note that we, the Trustees, decided not to seek ratification at this event, but rather, in keeping with the Bylaws, wait until the UA World Service Conference in the first quarter of 2026.
